Cozy new apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice small balcony with decent view. even though the apartment is not big but wise furnished for a small family or group of friends. nice quite neighborhood even though the hospital and police station is close, you dont hear the noise when you close the windows. Spar supermarket and bakery just behind the building

Even though the location is nice and the tram is 2 minutes away, its still some 20-40 to the center, but its not priced accordingly, we found less expensive apartments in the center. We had good communication with the host and the assistents, they were very polite and respond quickly, but we had problem with the AC and the assistent asked us to change fuses and we did clean the filter...etc. would have been better if someone actually came to look at the problem and solve the issue.
