Just a note to one of the bonus questions, the pictures did not do justice to how beautiful the hotel is. This hotel is a perfect retreat after an active stay in Lisbon. Staff was simply amazing. It was just awesome.

Just a note regarding one of the bonus questions: the pictures simply don’t do justice to how beautiful this hotel truly is. It’s the perfect retreat after an active stay in Lisbon. The staff was absolutely amazing, and the entire experience was simply wonderful. We loved every minute of it!

The room was great. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options. The only thing I wish they had more of was the smoked salmon. I really enjoyed the variety of food options. The dinner was good.

Not much. The only complaint I have was from dinner. I had the fish with the kale, the kale was over salted. I couldn't finish it.

The facilities and the interiors . The pool and spa were very good

Beautiful design inside and out, exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff.

It wasn't their fault, but there was a construction site next door. However, when charging a premium, I feel honesty at the time of booking with the offer of a discount should be standard. For an expensive hotel, the gym facilities were poor and although they advertise having electric bikes for guest use, at €10 an hour, way overpriced. You could hire an electric bike locally for 2 days for €55 and that included delivery to the hotel. There isn't much to do in the area either, no nice walks from the hotel so a car is definitely needed.
