The Sea is very clean and Nice
The Food Was average to be honest, maybe because of the Big number of Guests
The coffee all made by Machines also, i can say the only thing that I didn't enjoy is the Food on Lunch and dinner

The place is very luxurious. The view is scenic.The sea is more than wonderful .Check in was very quick. The breakfast buffet had so many varieties & the quality was very good.I would like to give Miss Elen Saeed from the guest relation team a huge thank you for solving the inconveniences we faced perfectly & was keen to make our vacation a memorable one.
The hotel was very crowded and unfortunately it wasn't taken into consideration how to set enough tables for the guests at the restaurant & the same problem was there for the seating at the beach & swimming pools. Yet, thanks to Miss Elen Saed from the guest relation team who was able to solve the issue to our satisfaction.

The location is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and the cleanliness of the property was very good. These were some of the highlights of my stay.
A few situations during my stay did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect. I believe some staff members could benefit from further training on how to interact with guests and create an exceptional and memorable experience. In my opinion, this is precisely what the hotel is currently missing to deliver a truly outstanding and complete guest experience.
