The Meadowlark Inn

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Meadowlark. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay at your fingertips. The rooms are spotlessly clean. And Austin is a fabulous host! He makes a great breakfast for his guests every morning with warm conversation. This motel has more of a bed and breakfast feeling with cozy vibes. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Austin did an excellent job providing a personal touch to our stay, including breakfasts and maintaining the rooms an excellent condition. I know many big groups (ie little league teams) stay in the area for days on end, and this place is a nice option with the unique feature of open space behind the inn.

This place is awesome. Austin is the absolute best/coolest host our family has ever met. If you are going to Cooperstown, stay here. The drive to Dreams park is about 20 minutes down a 2 lane road that is very serene and fun to drive. Cooperstown downtown is about 15 minutes away. Do NOT let the map location trick you into staying somewhere closer to Downtown/Dreams. You will be doing yourself a disservice. Regarding the property, Austin has a great outdoor area. There is volleyball, soccer, horse shoes, axe throwing, a baseball field, patio, grill, covered porch, etc. etc. etc. The rooms are standard two queen beds with a bathroom and TV. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. There is an awesome nature trail within 10 min drive that you must go to on your off time. There are plenty of solid food options within 10-15 minutes. We had booked a 3 day trip to visit Boston after Cooperstown. It was our first time to Boston and we did all the tourist stuff. The entire time in Boston, our kids and us kept going "we should have just spent the extra time at Austin's." There were more nature trails we could have explored and it's just a great place. I really can't say anything more... stay here.
