Service was really nice 10/10

We stayed at this hotel with our family from July 7 to July 14—two adults and three children—and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, with a huge, well-maintained property. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was amazing—delicious, fresh, and very diverse, with plenty of choices for everyone. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping always cleaned them regularly and on time. The ocean had a lot of seaweed during our stay in July, but it did not bother us because we spent most of our time by the pools. The biggest highlight for our children was the huge water park. They practically never wanted to leave! The slides were incredible and very unusual—we had never seen anything like them at other water parks. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. Everything was excellent: the food, service, cleanliness, beautiful grounds, pools, and entertainment for children. We would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation!

The breakfast staff needs help. 3 out of the 7 days we had to get our own drinks because the waiters never came around. The food trucks at lunch time need more help. Those 2 lines were ALWAYS ridiculous! Dinners where great the service and food where 10 out of 10! From a family that has traveled and stayed at many resorts you need music at the pool and more activities. And the Michael Jackson show was the best show of all the nights !

Everything was great! Hotel was clean, food was great! Waterslides were so much fun! Pools were all great. Drinks were all tasty. Rooms very clean and frequent room cleaning. Expedia team on site were great! Thank you Maria for all help. Overall a great vacation!
