Hotel Jacobs

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and about a 10-15 minute walk to the town center. Thus, it is not ideal if walking is an issue. However, the facilities were nice and the breakfast was quite varied and enjoyable. The staff were helpful as well.

The room was a bit small with the double bed taking up most of the area. Thus, there was nowhere to open a suitcase without placing it on the bed or on the floor. The ability to open the windows and let in the breeze was lovely.

Lovely room. Good facilities. Hot and cold choices at breakfast. Private secure parking.

The staff, hotel, area were lovely. The price is very good and I would recommend this place.

The square small pillows and no plug for the bath

The hotel and location was really amazing. But i had an accident inside the hotel and I being alone I was not assisted by them at all.

During my stay, i fell from 2 steps INSIDE THE HOTEL, breaking my ankle, and the receptionist was not willing to help me. I understand it was already late in the evening, but as soon as I fell I jumped to the reception and asked for ice. They looked and said: no, we don’t have. But, knowing I was Alone, and looking at the state of my ankle, they didn’t offered me any help at all, nor helped me get back to my room, which I have to go jumping on my own, as I could. I felt very disappointed and could have used some more assistance in this situation. This is why my rate is low.
