Die Anlage insgesamt ist wunderschön und die Apartments sauber.

Die Angestellten am Frühstücksbuffet waren leider überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich. Wir hatten über Booking gebucht, dann sind die Apartments automatisch ohne Frühstück. Beim Check-in an der Rezeption hieß es aber, dass wir das Frühstück problemlos dazu buchen und vor Ort bezahlen können. Nur: am nächsten Morgen vor Ort wollten uns die Angestellten am Frühstücksbuffet wegschicken. Sie hätte zwei größere Gruppen und daher keinen Platz mehr. Nach einigem Nachhaken (da wir zwei kleine Kinder dabei hatten und damit gerechnet hatten dort frühstücken zu können) wurde es sehr widerwillig akzeptiert und wir durften bleiben. Interessant: Es gab jederzeit jede Menge freie Tische und auch nie eine Schlange am Buffet, Sachen, die ausgegangen sind o.ä. Dennoch hieß es, wir dürften morgen nicht wiederkommen zum Frühstück. Als wir unser Unverständnis darüber ausgedrückt haben, wurde wieder sehr widerwillig gesagt, dass wir am nächsten Tag wiederkommen dürfen, aber sie würden dann spontan entscheiden, ob wir bleiben können. Das ist mit zwei Kindern aber einfach ein No-Go. Es gab keinerlei Bemühungen der Angestellten auch nur irgendwie die Situation für die ganze Woche zu klären. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht! Es wollte uns einfach nicht geholfen werden, das haben wir sehr deutlich gespürt. Wir haben uns dann dagegen entschieden und die restliche Woche im Apartment gefrühstückt. Auch interessant: An diesem Morgen hätten wir für die ganze Woche mehrere Zimmer INKL. Frühstück reservieren können. Dafür ist dann doch wieder Platz? Aber nicht für eine Familie, die eine knappe Woche als zahlender Gast vor Ort ist?? Unverständlich und null kundenorientiert. Das alles betrifft die Angestellten beim Frühstück. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption haben wirklich versucht zu helfen. Im Apartment selbst gab es einige negative Punkte: Die Betten sind recht hart und der Esstisch ist nicht wirklich durchdacht.

Nos alojamos nuevamente aquí después de haber estado hace unos años y, en general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El staff fue súper agradable, simpático y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El apartamento era muy bonito y estaba muy limpio. Lo que más notamos como diferencia respecto a años anteriores fue la falta de entretenimiento, especialmente para los niños. Ya no hay animación, juegos ni minidisco, y en una semana solo hubo un espectáculo nocturno, algo que nos sorprendió teniendo en cuenta que todavía era agosto y temporada alta. Da la sensación de que el hotel está más orientado actualmente a un turismo adulto. El apartamento solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero en caso de una ola de calor puede ser algo a tener en cuenta. Una de las duchas era bastante pequeña, nosotros utilizamos la bañera del baño principal. El parking puede ser complicado, aunque nosotros no tuvimos problemas. También es prácticamente necesario tener coche para moverse por la zona. La piscina sigue siendo muy bonita y grande, aunque esta vez nos pareció que no tenía el mismo nivel de limpieza que en nuestra visita anterior. También notamos que algunos apartamentos parecían estar ocupados por personas de larga estancia, por lo que el ambiente era algo menos turístico que hace unos años. Por último, Cala Llenya, que está muy cerca del hotel, sigue siendo una cala preciosa. Sin embargo, también notamos un cambio importante respecto a años anteriores: actualmente alrededor del 90% de la playa está ocupada por hamacas de pago, dejando mucho menos espacio libre para quienes simplemente quieren disfrutar de la cala. En resumen, un lugar bonito, limpio y con un personal excelente, pero si viajáis con niños, tened en cuenta que actualmente prácticamente no hay entretenimiento infantil.

Absolutely loved the location and the pool area was nice. most of the staff were friendly enough with the odd exception

the apartments were a little dark and sparsely furnished - the air conditioning didn’t work, there were not enough pillows, the Wi-Fi didn’t work initially and the room was only cleaned once - which is poor over the course of a week. the hotel is meant to be family friendly but no inflatables were allowed! this really disappointed my kids.
