Hotel Cosmopolit

Central location, walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Good towels. Mini bar in the room. No electric kettle but I asked for one and it was provided. Extra pillows and spacious closet.

The double bed was actually two single beds put together, the mattress was super soft and not very comfortable to sleep in.

Great location and very clean room. Good value for money

I decided to stay in Hotel Cosmopolit because of its position - still in the old center of Sarajevo but in walking distance to the main institutions in new Sarajevo. And I liked it. As promised the very helpful stuff was reserving me one of the few free parking places in front of the Hotel. Since my room was ready I could enter it already two hours before the check-in time without any problems. The hotel seemed to be pretty new and the room very clean. There was even an elevator. The view of the room is nothing special, but therefore the room was very quite and I slept well.

There were two glasses on the desk, but I missed a little bit a welcome bottle of water. There is no minibar, but even in the night you can buy in the lobby something to drink. Another thing I didn t like too much were the very huge pillows. I don t know who is able to sleep on such things. But hotels seem to like them.

Location.

The sheets weren’t clean and had black hairs on them. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and someone had left the windows open, so the carpet got all wet from the rain.
