Quality of rooms , staff, location
Having to wait to 4pm to check in

Brilliant staff. Excellent food. Outstanding service.
The bed was too soft for me. I accept this is personal choice but needs to be firmer. Would also like a later check-out, say 11am.

Great location with fabulous views. Rooms were comfy and lovely decor
Food was very average. Both in the evening and at breakfast. The servers seemed really overwhelmed in the evening and it really wasn’t that busy. Breakfast was a nightmare - ordered soft poached eggs, waited ages for them to be delivered and one was hard and the other when I cut into it water bust out. Gave it back and whilst they offered to redo I didn’t want to wait and risk the same so just had toast. They took the service charge off which I think was the least they could have done. Was a shame as a nice hotel
