The owner/manager of the hotel was fantastic: he was very friendly and welcoming, and worked non-stop to ensure guests were happy. Dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality, as was the wine. It was a very relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel on the street, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise until gone midnight, then again from about 6am.

Converted stone house, with different types of accommodation: hostel for the pilgrims, hotel, American apartment. Easy to find. In a beautiful village, typical of the area, with plenty of local life. Friendly and welcoming staff. Outside garden to eat al fresco. All meals available at the cafe/ restaurant. Very clean room in hotel area, first floor, with a balcony. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Excellent value for money and a great place to experience somewhere typically Castilian amongst locals, pilgrims and visitors.

Nice local evening meal, simple breakfast for 5 euro. Lovely shower.

No outside area for guests other than the bar area, so not able to have your own drink there. Noisy late at night - mostly due to a couple and police arguing until about 2am
