The room was spacious and cozy. The staff spoke English, which was very helpful for proper communication. Breakfast was varied and included many options such as fruit, vegetables, bread, and more. The laundry service worked well, and the prices were reasonable. The towels were clean and new, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The hotel is located in a town that may initially feel unsafe, but in reality, it is not. I selected the best accommodation option, the Luxury Room. However, the bathroom was not cleaned daily — they only changed the towels and made the bed. There was no general cleaning, such as mopping the floors or properly cleaning the bathroom. Breakfast was served quite late, which is inconvenient, especially in Samarkand where tourists usually need to start their visits early in the morning.

The location is great and breakfast is better.

The room was damp and had a musty smell, and the free bottled water provided had a musty smell of corruption.
