Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Large room. Breakfast is tasty and very generous. Location is amazing. The only negative is that when I visited the only room available had single beds, and they are really narrow - I almost fell out on the first night!

This is an apsolutely fantastic place to stay. Such lovely staff, so helpful and genuinely kind and concerned.
Huge welcome, massive breakfast, amazing view and wonderful location. Really clean too.
A very well managed family guest house.
The breakfast was too big...for us. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful, but It's only 4am in the UK at breakfast time here, so it was impossible for us to finish it and we felt bad about leaving food. But if you have a bigger appetite then this will be paradise.

The location was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The home made breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location was also great, right next to the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum. Still remember the stunning night view of the Mausoleum when getting off the taxi.
The only thing we didn’t like was the address was not accurate and could not find the hotel on Yanex at the beginning, causing much fuss on arrival. Luckily the landlady was extremely responsive and gave us very clear directions when we called her.
