Lovely, freshly prepared breakfast.
Very helpful, friendly staff.
Perfect location by the Alcázar.
Accessible by taxi.

Everything - stylish room with a great balcony and view over the Alcázar gardens, and ideal location. Staff knowledge and recommendations was very good - particular thanks to Paula for this and to Simon for looking after us on our last night.

First and foremost the staff were brilliant; smiley, patient, helpful, informed about our stay (my wife arrived before me) and better still did not laugh at my dreadful attempt when speaking a form of Spanish.
Yes the hotel was also charming, great location, fab rooms, cleaned brilliantly. And then the breakfasts - absolutely delicious. Would definitely return - and Seville is beautiful.

Absolutely brilliant staff (special mention to Paula here); wonderful location right by Real Alcazar; spotlessly clean; good breakfast; handy dropping off point right outside the door for taxis; beautifully cool lounge area on entrance.
Our only problem was with the unbelievable heat that made our room's terrace virtually unusable (but that is hardly the hotel's fault or under their control ) but did highlight the need for more powerful air conditioning.
