The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace.

We enjoyed our stay in Innsbruck very much. Our room had a lovely balcony with views to the mountains. It was clean and very comfortable.
There are great facilities here for travellers with washing and drying machines easily accessible and inexpensive. The amenities area also had tea and coffee facilities and restocking.
