Our room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The only thing that was needed was an in room safe. There is a safe at reception but it is a cumbersome process.

Staff could be trained a bit more on general tourist information in the city. Improve with their English considering they are in front of the public.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. One of the oldest in Munich. Traditional and v refined in its decor. Pristine + elegant throughout (lobby, rooms, bathroom). Staff is beyond helpful + food @ the reataurant, superb.
Almost wept when told that the family owned for a zillion years place was recently sold + will close down in January for a 2 year renovation. So HURRY before it turns into a want to be cool and corporate friendly hotel like all the rest.
