Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Spacious and comfortable room with everything needed. Service at both the bar and restaurant was very good across the team. The breakfast buffet was very complete (the only thing missing were pancakes with maple syrup 🙂). Many thanks for everything!

I rate a 5 because the rooms was clean, staff was helpful and condition seemed newish. The surrounding area was OK. There are shops like groceries, one or two resturants near by. You will definetly need to buy water etc from outside, pretty expensiv in the hotel.

Lovely hotel with nice sized rooms. A handful of shops nearby and a pharmacy. A good amount of cafe/restaurants close by and 2 different tram stops within minutes of the hotel.

A great hotel in the perfect location in Dusseldorf with a short walk to the Central railway station.
The rooms are large and very comfortable, the bathroom is also large with an excellent shower. I had breakfast which had a vast number of hot and cold options and a lot of other choices to suit all tastes.
The hotel is my number one choice in Dusseldorf
