Comfortable lounging area off the lobby. Location is well served by public transportation. Small grocery store nearby.
I would say one drawback was that the bathroom/toilet area was smelly and dusty.

The place is absolutely charming, with a vintage touch of the typical Provence villas. Highly recommend. Less than 30 mins from Aix-en-Provence and about 45-60 mins from Avignon and the lovely little villages going north.
Just make sure you double-check your check in date with the management as they thought we were arriving the next day. So it took like over 30 mins to sort out the confusion, which was a bit annoying.
