Staff was friendly and helpful. I think her name was Trisha? Tania? So sorry if that’s in count she was so welcome when we arrived. Josh the one who helped book our activities was very helpful and kind. Our oceanfront room on the 28th floor was truly breathtaking. First time traveler to Hawaii and I’m beyond happy with my experience here.

Every bit of my stay was superb. The rooms were beautiful, clean, efficient, with every amenity I could ask for - bottled water, tote bags, slippers, and especially a make-up mirror! The amazing views from morning to night knocked me out. Their staff answered questions, held bags, smiled, and never seemed rushed. What a perfect location by Duke's statue!

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Everything is well thought out on the property - the room, the restaurants, shops on site. Everything was desk for comfort and convenience. The room was amazing, so were the beachfront views! We will 1000% be back.
