Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, initially was allowed to remove and take back to room but that changed. Only1 washer/ dryer for the whole hotel and dryer did not work well. Housekeepers eye wonderful. As a traveler i was not given a set rate for the room. I paid per week and depending on season it was a $170 difference from low to high. No cap for animals, again had to pay weekly and worked to get the rate lower.

It was good for one night stay. Convenient location off the highway lots of stores and restaurant are close by. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room manager Lewis was very courteous and helpful. He was there to make sure that you have a good experience.

Room was terrific. Plenty of towels. Clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. I’d recommend again.

The staff were friendly and kind, very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the young girl taking care of Breakfast was great! The property itself was old run down and falling apart! Its too bad! The ower needs to up date, replace rugs paint and fix the parts that are falling off. out side chair were dirty so could not enjoy sitting outside. The pool looked nasty, would not even put my feet in it. The owner should be ashamed!!!!! will never stay again and will pass this on to family and friends. what ashamed your staff is great they deserve to work in a better place.
