Staff are nice.

I liked how they got me extra cream for my coffee because I use more than the expected allotment.

The only improvement needed is a more expediant way onto the proberty from the parking garage. Up two flights and then down two flights with luggage from parking area is not doable.

Excellent location on Whyte Ave. Can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but that is more than offset by proximity to great restaurants, all within walking distance.
