My room was up a flight of stairs from the elevator landing. It was EXTREMELY small with no where to put my suitcase. It was very clean and modern, however. Breakfast was great as was the staff.

Continental breakfast was decent, M&S Foodhall was nearby for fresh fruits or packaged salads. Room was on the small size, but typical for England

The room was very clean and the hotel was ideally placed for local shops and Earls Court tube. We could also walk to the museums in Kensington.
After a slightly frosty reception when we arrived a bit early, the staff very nice and arranged to get some oat milk as breakfast is not vegan friendly, but we had not requested this in advance, so unfair to expect differently.

Very friendly staff and very good proportion of room. Nice simple breakfast and a homely environment. Really enjoyed our stay - if I'm in the area again i would certainly book again. Thanks.
