Most things were good but the television in my room didn't work despite advising the staff on numerous occasions

Perfect hotel for our 2 night visit to London. Arrived at 9.30pm and greeted warmly and shown to our room. We were in 108 which is in the basement looking out to a courtyard. Wonderful and quiet. Bed so soft and comfy with crisp clean sheets. Amazing location and we enjoyed our continental free breakfasts both mornings. We would definitely stay again. Thank you all.
