The Edwin Hotel

Very nice place

Super location! 3 min walk to Earl's Court Tube station and several coffee shops and restaurants- Quaint, quiet and clean- The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed breakfast! Great choice!

Spotlessly clean. Made to feel welcome. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location near the underground station and restaurants for evening meal. A perfect stay in central London.

I'm giving the hotel 5 stars because it was quite comfortable, spacious and very clean. I do have things that I want to point out, it appears that the AC was shut off during my stay in the entire hotel (with the exception of rooms thankfully, you could turn off/on AC at your preference). The hotel was hot! Incredibly stuffy, and very humid to use the lobby and have breakfast, as someone who runs hot, always. The Free breakfast was exceptional, and you could also make your own coffee drinks, lattes, cappuccino, etc. 10/10. The shower head was the best shower I've ever had in Europe, and I've been London once before and other European countries and this one takes the lead. Location, the hotel is pretty far from London tourist sites, I'd say about 40+ minutes to major attractions, which was fine for me as their public transportation is absolutely simple. There are a lot of souvenir shops, supermarkets, and snack options around the corner from the hotel, which is a MUST but I wouldn't say there were any good restaurants. I didn't think so. My first room was on the street side and I didn't sleep, it was incredibly noisy but I was switched to a new room at the backend of the hotel. This was a huge difference. I will stay again if in London. Hotel was perfect.
