The location was excellent, close to the Earl's Court Tube. The staff were very helpful. I had a small single room which was perfect for what I needed. While small, it was light and comfortable.
The shower was very small but this is common in London bathrooms.

We were happy that we able to check in later after being delayed at the airport.
Friendly staff and great breakfast, room was comfortable.
We cant think of anything specific that could've been better.

Clean and nice rooms
Basement rooms- you heard the tube every 2 minutes- we couldn't sleep as the room was shaking. We asked to change rooms but they didn't have any.
In addition, we didnt have body towels to shower, only hands towels.
