Decent property, very good price for an inner city hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodation was perfect for someone who wants to explore Hamburg.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It is just at the heart of the city, where night life is full of energy.

The hotel was in a brilliant location but because of this the room we were in was very noisy throughout the night. Rooms not facing the main road would be much better. The room was very clean if somewhat dated. However considering the price we paid it was excellent value. The staff were friendly and polite and the breakfasts were lovely.
The two ladies dealing with breakfasts constantly replenished and cleared tables and were very hardworking.

Clean room, but saying that "it good do with a renovation" is an understatement....it really really does...
