The welcome was cheerful and professional.
The room was comfortable with everything we needed.
Excellent location for the West End.
We had booked breakfast but unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available due to refurbishment.
We booked with friends who were equally pleased with the service.
We would recommend this hotel.

Remodling is in progress but did not affect our stay. Updates to the hotel and rooms are very good. Good AC for the hot days and evenings. Friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was hot and good. Good location that was quiet and easy to get to.
