Good air con and clean room, although the pillows were way too soft but that’s a personal preference. A little noisy in front facing rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive too!

The air conditioning was very loud and also blows under the window so with the curtains closed most of the cold air goes to the windows.
It’s in a great location though. No free biscuits with tea making which. Decent sized towels though which I loved. Bed was big and very comfy.
For the price I paid (not full price) it was great but I at full price I’m not too sure.

Great location for central London overlooking St Paul's. Handy for tube and overground trains. Room really good and water dispenser on each floor a great idea.
