Mihael the concierge and Ms Fernandes, Guest Services Manager were absolutely SUPERB. The whole staff was phenomenal, but they were the standout. The rooms were great, we enjoyed the bar and the restaurant and our daughter loved the little fox hunt! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, thank you!

Room was spacious & clean. Bathroom was nice. Shower took a bit to figure out, but was nice.

The hotel was very well maintained and our room was large and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel's location, while not in any busy sections of the city, was convenient to the Tube and within reasonable walking distance to many tourist attractions in the city.

A modern clean hotel with nice facilities. The hotel is perfect for Tate modern, Borough market, St Paul’s, The Globe Theatre and Millennium bridge. The pool and spa are nice to relax in too.
