The service and overall experience was good, the only disappointment was the hotel had no air-conditioning.

Facility was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was always great and staff very helpful and friendly! Only problem I had was air conditioning was not working. I booked this hotel specifically for their AC. My room did not even have a window that opened for a night breeze. They did provide a fan luckily.

The hotel is nice overall. But be aware that if you go there by train there is no elevators at the nearby train station, so if you have large luggage you need to prepare to carry them up and down the stairs.
