The staff own the place, making this family business special with a personal touch of lovely hospitality. It’s in a walkable distance from the main station, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Clapham is a vibe! So the area is charming and in the heart of historical political and cultural significance. Beautiful place, very clean and organised.

Booked for my family when visiting because the location is so close to where I am but not being a touristic area I did not know. Well, they were super happy with every aspect of their stay.

The owners of Lavender Guest House were very hospitable. They gave us a lovely introduction and ensured we had everything we needed. The Guest House is also very conveniently located right next to the nicest area of Clapham.

I stayed in the Double Room with Private Bathroom. It wasn't particularly clean or comfortable. You could feel every spring in the bed and the pillows were extremely thin. The room is on the top floor and was on a slant, which was quite uncomfortable. The room was just big enough for one person, with an extremely small shower and toilet in cupboards within the room. I would not recommend this to be booked for two people. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place and the family who run it are beautiful, but the stay was not worth it and I wouldn't recommend it.
