Tava Motel in Manitou Springs provides good basic service, at a good value. The rooms are decent size and clean. Breakfast room was well stocked. The location is a bit farther from the downtown strip than expected. My only complaint are the towels in the bathroom: too small, too thin, and not very absorbent. I suspect house cleaning is using too much fabric softener in the laundry But there are enough towels to make up for that shortcoming. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great as we were in town to climb the Manitou Incline and it was a short 5 minute drive to the Incline entrance. The hot tub was nice after hiking. It was a great central location to several other attractions. We would choose Tava again if we come back to the area!
