Excellent location and facilities; the staff are superb, especially Jorge. Highly recommend taking the night tour with Jorge if you visit here. He also helped arrange a safari raft trip for us, operated by Carlos, Taylor, and Fabian, which was a highlight of our time in Costa Rica. Thank you and Pura Vida!

Most we like the location of the hotel, relaxing, like being in the forest. The only negative thing is the some amenities and shower fixtures need to updated.
