Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport

This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Place. We arrived after a long flight from the USA, and took the Hoppa from Heathrow to get there. The room was prepaid and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and well organized, a bit on the smaller side, but we were only staying one night. Very very quiet. We heard absolutely no sounds and slept well. Only con was the tub/shower combo. The tub was very narrow, making it hard to stand in to shower. The shower itself was a wand attachment that only came up to my shoulder, so you had to hold it over your head to wash your hair, etc. A bit awkward. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was extremely welcoming. We did receive an express check out email, but got error messages when we tried to check out that way, so we had to go to the front desk. Check out was very quick, and we were able to catch the Hoppa to go back to Heathrow to pick up our rental car. We're staying here again in a week, and are looking forward to another great stay.
