Had the best time . Felt so Welcomed

The food wasn’t good. Italian restaurant was really bad. The staff on the kids club was amazing, those ladies are the best. Same with the staff ath the kids pool, amazing

Great hotel for group trips. The hotel was kept very clean. The staff work extremely hard to keep all the guests feed and happy overall. Our room door was opened twice, by different employees. The first time the staff member was trying refill the drinks in the room.They knocked and we asked for them to please return later They still proceeded to open the room door. My husband and I were still in bed. The second time, we had a do not disturb sign on. I was actually by the closet getting dressed, which is located by the front door. Thank goodness we had the internal door latch on so they couldn’t fully swing to door open. The 90 minute informational class where they try to sell you basically a timeshare which they say “isn’t a timeshare” lasts approximately 3hours. We started at 10:45am & weren’t done with the info session until after 1:30pm. They have at least 4 different people try to convince you to buy a “membership” some memberships are $20,000USD or more for ten years etc. Then they offer you a free spa credit for a 50 minute massage as a thank you for your time. The spa services are great we added hydrotherapy to our massage, totally worth it. Eden pool-excellent! Hotel guests are diverse ranging from all different age groups and backgrounds, which is beautiful to see. The drinks are great! The food was good overall. Avoid steak options, if you’re used to high quality steak. The steak is rubbery. Ice cream was good but they don’t have sprinkles as a topping.
