Tudor Court Hotel

Great location; walking distance (literally steps away) from bars, restaurants, etc.; cutest little place; only have four stars because the bathroom is soooo tiny and no AC. We stayed here for a layover and I don’t think I would stay here for much longer than that simply because there’s little to no room to get ready or put your stuff. However as a disclaimer, we did get the smallest room. If you get a bigger room, I’m sure it is different! We just got the cheapest/smallest because like I mentioned, we were just here for a layover. Great for a short stay and super friendly staff. Just be aware of the size (like most places in Europe) and the AC situation - we were able to open the window and were given a fan which was a huge plus

We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights. Our room was very clean, small but cosy and the bed was comfortable, the ensuite shower was great too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Its a perfect location as its near Paddington Station and Kensington gardens and Hyde park is a short walk away (perfect if you attend the BST concerts) lots of souvenir shops and restaurants very nearby. Would definitely stay again if I needed that area.

We stayed here for a night when we went to see Duran Duran at Hyde Park, fantastic location 10 minute walk to Hyde Park & near to Paddington station. Room was small but it was fine for one night & spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely & friendly, I would definitely stay here again 😄

The location of this hotel can't be beat, just a couple of minutes from Paddington Station. Despite the busyness of the area I found the hotel very quiet and slept well. The room was quite small (which is true generally of more reasonably priced hotels in major cities) with limited storage options, but I made it work. The fridge and kettle were very useful. I had breakfast in my room most mornings and a light dinner there most nights, and enjoyed my alone time watching British mystery shows and "Downton Abbey." London is a big and sometimes overwhelming city, so the room became a cosy respite from that. The best part of this property is the staff, who are so friendly and helpful. Part of the service includes carrying your bags up to the room and down again when you leave (in my case up four flights of narrow stairs). Since I'm a very petite woman who was toting a bag that weighed almost 50 pounds this was really welcome. My only teeny-tiny quibble was that because I'm about 5-foot-1 I really had to stretch to reach the hangers and bathrooms shelves. I should have asked for a stepstool.
