The tariff is excellent. Location is great, not far from Paddington railway station. Staff are kind and helpful. There are no lifts in the facility. There were many stairs to my room. The room was a little small, but adequate. No air conditioning.

Really friendly and helpful staff at reception, and a very clean and comfortable room. The place is a bit dated but it has charm and the price for the location is excellent.
