The hotel is incredible and the staff is as well. We absolutely loved our stay. It was truly a unique experience. However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs. People with mobility issues will definitely struggle at this hotel
