Great quiet place in Venice. The free bottle of sparkling wine way amazing. Helpful staff. Excellent air Conditioning. Us snowflakes from Canada aren't used to the 35 degree weather in Italy. Amazing place. Grazie.

The location is a bit far from the centre but for us that was a plus. It felt like a small apartment away from the hustle and bustle. Having a kitchen and two bedrooms with multiple beds was a big plus for our family of four. Air conditioning worked fine and was very helpful. The included boat tours to Murano was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location. It was very nice getting a complementary drink as soon as we arrived to check in. Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange a private taxi to get to the airport.
