Sky Pool Hotel Sole Garda

The hotel was beautiful and in a very convenient location just a short walk to the bus station and the ferry terminal. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. We had a small balcony which we enjoyed. The air conditioning, like most places in Europe, was not great...barely adequate. The rooftop terrace, pool and bar were a fabulous bonus with unobstructed views of Lake Garda! The daily alfresco breakfast was delicious with numerous choices and the breakfast staff kept everything well stocked and clean. They were all friendly and helpful. Ulyssa, the female bartender at the rooftop terrace bar was extremely helpful, very nice and always smiling. Unfortunately, there was an older male bartender and a younger male server who were not in keeping with the rest of the staff at the hotel. The older man was sarcastic and obnoxious and the younger man had a bad attitude and never smiled. We had a lovely stay and did not let them ruin it for us. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent stay Our room was upgraded and we were welcome to park all day after checkout and use the pool facilities which was very kind :) Staff were wonderful Enough vegan options at breakfast for us - soya yoghurt, alternative milks, cereal with nuts and seeds, bread, margarine, jam, peanut butter and fruit
