Concierge met us outside of the hotel and helped us with our bags. He was extremely polite and informative. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Milan Duomo Square.

Everything about it was perfect. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. And don't let sofa bed scare you - it was so comfortable!!

While we were only in Milano for a day, we found the host very professional and fluent in several languages. The property itself wasn’t great, but it was clean enough nice and well priced and very convenient. The best thing about it for us was the host.
