Easy access to the tram from the airport and the railway station which made our onward journey much easier the next day. Nicolo incredibly helpful and accommodating. The roof terrace was a bonus, very large, nice to have an outside space available.
Rooms very dated but adequate for one night stay. Not sure a terrace overlooking the railway line is really something you're going to use, lots of noise from the trains so had to keep the windows shut. Perfect transit option.

Niccolo the host is first class. He is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. There is a LIFT, 6th Floor. Access to communal coffee machine, fabulous Roof Terrace, magnificent views. Tram station directly outside the apartment, 2 stops (5 minutes) into the centre of Florence, or 15 minutes walk. Very fairly priced, excellent value for money. I will most certainly visit Niccolo when I return to Florence.

Everything as soon we opened the door till the day we left it was perfect. Nicola the host was amazing giving us advice on trips on restaurants etc etc. so clean and comfortable. Lovely terrance and beautiful coffee

Spacious Room, everything is working well
it's far from anything, the room has a very strange smell, definitely it's overpriced for what you get.
