Great property, great staff. The gentleman who works the overnight shift was amazing!!!

This hotel is located a little off the beaten path, but it offers convenient access to both the bus routes serving many of the area's top attractions and the train station, which was very helpful during our stay. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop area offers beautiful sunset views, while the pool and sauna were a nice added touch. One thing to note is that some of the photos may give the impression that the rooftop hot tub is available for general guest use. In reality, it is a private rental, so keep that in mind if that amenity is a deciding factor for your stay. The experience is a little more rugged and independent than a traditional hotel, but that was not a problem for us. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Very friendly staff, nice large room. Also, the neighborhood behind the hotel is really nice - good local vibes and shopping.

Very clean and renovated hotel in Florence. Room size was great and check-in + check-out process was easy. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool or the roof deck much. Reception was helpful with transportation to the airport. Only issue with this hotel is the distance from "downtown" Florence but not too bad of a walk (~25 minutes) and would be an easy taxi ride if needed. However, being away from the main areas of the city was a nice change of pace and made things bit more peaceful closer to the hotel. Overall would recommend.
