We were on bottom floor which was good but could hear all movement in room above and was loud so my child couldn’t sleep

I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou.
