Gym was small & very busy. No seperate gym for The Level, just utilising the same as the rest of the hotel. Getting a workout in the morning was impossible. Breakfast is great & has a good selection of foods. Service overall was fine. Unfortunately they have added a ‘discretionary service charge’ to this hotel now… upon checking out I was informed of the £10.50 charge for a 2 night stay, with no explanation as to what it was for. Assistant was happy enough to remove the bill, but this left a sour taste.

The location was great, the staff are friendly and the amenities are great. They even cater to gluten allergies.

Lovely stay at The Level. The room was comfortable, quiet and spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Great location for getting around central London. Would definitely stay again.
