Very old and Eclectic Hotel, with one major downfall... No Air-conditioning! It was unbearable to be in the room. The staff was nice enough to provide a second fan but it made for a very uncomfortable stay. This issue should be clearly noted when booking and its not.

Beautiful room with good bathroom - overlooking Hyde Park - very nice staff.
Despite the heatwave we were very happy with the hotel
Unfortunately there is no A/C in the hotel however we asked for an extra fan for the room which the hotel was happy to supply.
Great location for Hyde Park, tube and bus routes and easy access to all the London attractions.
