We had a wonderful stay at Union Hotel Cusco! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore everything Cusco has to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast each morning. The breakfast crew was the absolute best—attentive, cheerful, and they made every morning special. We also loved all the fun classes and activities offered by the hotel, which added so much to our experience.
The most memorable part of our stay was Kiki, the hotel’s friendly alpaca. My daughter absolutely adored Kiki and still talks about her! She even says she misses Kiki already. Having such a sweet and gentle alpaca at the hotel made our visit truly unique and unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone at Union Hotel Cusco for such a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco!

Hotel Union worked well for my family of 4 before and after our Salkantay Trek. The location is great, the on-site restaurant had great food too. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. Kiki the resident alpaca was fun to watch.
