Abercorn Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Great place great Location

The shuttle to/from the airport and the breakfast amenities were primary deciding factors for our choice of Abercorn Hotel, Vancouver. We were 15 in our party. We were able to request and were given rooms on the same floor and not far from each other. Were also able to check in slightly earlier. The rooms were good, staff was stressed but very helpful. Beds and furnishings were good. Bring your multiple USB adapter as outlets were regular ones and also limited. We had to plug the coffee maker on the writing desk. I suggest replacing the shower curtains as though they appeared clean, the edges were still reddish/pinkish orange from water-borne bacteria that may have accumulated there before they were cleaned. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was also good. Costco across the street. The 2 restaurants next to the hotel both served really good dishes. The Japanese restaurant was elegant while the chinese one appeared authentic. I suggest replacing the shower curtains as although they appeared clean, the edges were still stained pinkish orange. Usually, this is due to water-borne bacteria that may have accumulated there before they were cleaned.

Comfy beds & pillows. Staff keep the property extremy clean. Disappointed with the exercise room and ended up doing my workouts in the room. Breakfast well stocked, but the toasters are super slow.

Great location, excellent breakfast and best of all fast airport shuttle. Great price for a Vancouver airport hotel.
