The desk staff was very helpful with every request. They got us a room quite a bit prior to the 4p expected time, safely storing our luggage in the meantime while we took the train around Richmond.
The room was very nice. Bathroom was very clean. We had to leave early in the morning, so no opinion on their breakfast. The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the sky train, which makes it convenient to access the whole Vancouver area. Our room was on the airport side, but we weren’t affected by plane traffic noises for the most part. We were very pleased with our stay there.
