Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff
Lovely suite…
Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out.
The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience

Fantastic hotel, everything that you would normally expect from a hotel was perfect, and all of the little extra touches were so nice. Breakfast was far better than the “free buffet breakfast” that is advertised, it was exceptional. Loads of options, plenty of choice, lovely and fresh!
The kitchen in the room was immaculate! I wish we had stayed for longer to make better use of it.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
