Giannoulis - Santa Marina Plaza (Adults Only)

All in order. Good tasty breakfast, hospitality staff. Private beach at the hotel area. Bath towels changed twice per day as well as Room cleaning also twice per day. Restaraunt at open terrace with the pool view. Generally very good place. Room service is perfect, menu not so big but tasty. Taxi station at the same spot. Cost 18 euro, but drivers asked 20, someone 25 :)). After short discussions agreed for 20.

Washbasin separately from the bathroom in the entrance to the bedroom. No bad but strange. On arrival we asked for some guided tour on reception but was no option found, however on departure from the hotel after 4 weeks receptionist gave us full set of booklets for different tours and excursions on the island :)). Was a bit confused abt security because room door was directly to the outside stairway to the street. Manager confirmed that in spite to the cameras absence stair under control all the time - we relaxed.

We loved the pool and being right on the beach with bar service. Friendly staff and pool towels. Excellent breakfast and staff to take care of you. A lot of dining options within walking distance. Clean and well maintained property.

Poor communication from hotel, no response until 24 hrs before check in. When I called the hotel directly they would not answer any questions about my reservation and gave me a phone number which was not answered. Only a few parking spots and then you have to park on the street.

Really great hotel, the staff are lovely and very helpful/friendly. The room itself was a great size and very clean and comfortable. We had a basement room which meant limited views, but we really liked this as it was nice and private. The pool was impeccably clean, a lovely quiet and chilled vibe and we loved having the private area of the beach available too. Food was great and the location is ideal, with lots of restaurants only a 5-15 min walk away. Really recommend it here!

Only complaint was the espresso coffee in the room came at a small extra charge which felt a little cheeky. But that is it! Otherwise was incredible,

The Area

That the rooms were below ground floor and had a massive extractor right in front of our rooms with terrible noise and unbearable heat coming out of it.
